As a personal coach, I recognise that people are complicated multifaceted beings, and any change in one are can necessitate, is influenced by or can even lead to change in another area. Consequently, this blog is likely to touch on various topics.


Certain posts will relate to my own personal insights, thoughts and experiences. Other posts may take a deep dive into relevant topics. I aim to write about mental wellbeing, spiritual health as well as physical health including nutrition and fitness.


Some of the posts may be light-hearted and brief while others will take a more analytical and structured approach.
